i'm just wandering if someone knows if something was organised for atom's birthday, in japan or any where else, except the preview on astroboy.jp

it's quite a important date today

I didn't hear of anything that was organised for Astro's birthday, which is terribly disappointing...

The least they could've done was put on an Astroboy marathon.

You probably didn't hear of anything being organised because nothing realy was, except in Japan :cry:

At least we're all doing our bit by still supporting the little guy.

and becides, there are big times still ahead for Astro.

Hello everybody,
I just joined this forum, I'm a big fan of Astroboy and I'm lucky to live in Japan. There has been many and continous events to celebrate AstroBoy's birthday, he even got citizenship from the Saitama prefecture. There even was a rave produced by Tezuka productions featuring world class Djs, I was lucky to attend, here is a report and some photos of the event, the visuals included many images of astro and some of the original series footage, here is the link
