This is a experimental film which is comprised of a series of slow-motion and time lapsed clips. The title it is Native American and is pronounced as, 'KOY-YAN-NI-SQUAT-SI'. Which translates, 'unbalanced life'. The clips comprise of scenes comparing cities, technology and nature.

Aguirre, the Wrath of God - Werner Herzog
Going back to the Herzog roots of this thread with one of his more well known films. Kinski is as insane as ever in this one (mostly because he really is), really communicates the character of Aguirre. The cinematography and music is incredible and the story still somehow feels like a documentary in spite of being mostly fiction (a bit of a Herzog trademark).
