Originally when I updated this post, by mistake I placed the covers from 1966 instead of the covers from 1965. The covers above are the correct issues and the 3/65, 4/65 & 5/65 issues feature the manga version of the anime episode "Earth Defense Squadron/Moon Monsters".

While I do think the American issue floppy format only had limited success in Japan, it seems that the Mighty Atom Club is one of the more successful attempts considering it lasted around 3 years.

So here is an update re: "Mighty Atom Club" covers featuring manga episodes not listed in any manga episode guide for Astro Boy.
First in the 3/65; 4/65 & 5/65 issues is featured a three part manga adaptation of "Earth Defense Squadron/The Moon Monsters."

Next in the 10/65 & 11/65 issues is a two part manga adaptation of the anime episode, "The Boy from Outer Space/The Mighty Mite from Ursa Minor!"

Then in the 6/66 issue is the first part of a manga adaptation of the anime episode, "The Robot Fortress/The Mystery of the Amless Dam!"

Next in the 7/66 issue is the conclusion of the manga adaptation of "The Robot Fortress/The Mystery of the Amless Dam!"

In the 8/66 issues is an adaptation of the anime episode, "The Dolphin Civilization/Dolphins in Distress!"

In the 8/66 & 9/66 issues is an adaptation of the anime episode, "Cobalt goes Crazy/Demented Cobalt."
