Hope I am not too late in wishing everyone a Happy New Year!
I would also like to share these two Astro Boy postcards that feature full-color reproductions of covers from the "TetsuWan Atom(u) Club" magazines to help bring in the new year!
Sayonara!

Happy New Year to you too! The magazines are very rare. I was able to get only one actual "TetsuWan Atom(u) Club" magazine when one was being sold on eBay and got lucky that no one else seemed to know how rare it was. The set of postcards pictured I bought at a convention back in the eighties. It was one of the first Astro Boy collectibles I purchased.
For more information on "TetsuWan Atom(u) Club" magazine see the thread, "Mighty Atom Club--the covers", on this website.

Hi, JeffBert!
Happy New Year to you, too!
It's funny that you say "Astro Boy" looks like 1980s "Atom" when the covers on these postcards both came out in 1965. Looks like the "rejuvenation of Atom" started earlier than the 1980s. I remember reading that Dr. Tezuka said the younger he drew "Atom" the more popular he became. So, I guess with the period of the anime's original airing "Atom" became younger in illustration, but not necessarily, the anime!
